The website for 'the art of curiosity...' is currently a display of the jewellery which I assemble using beautiful beads & findings created by some of the world's finest bead & jewellery artists. I use my imagination to make a frame for these visual feasts. Please browse among the photographs & savour the world of Wearable Art!

When I saw this post the first time, i thought I'd never heard of Louise Bourgeois, then I just happened across this article on the bbc news website and realised that i have seen her towers in the tate modern. How bizarre that people can affect your life and you don't even notice. The theme of the tate modern keeps popping up everywhere for me, there is a theme, someone must be trying to tell me something.

Hi Helen,
What a lovely comment!
If you look at Louise's art, you can see the immense influence she had on contemporary art. I would say that many of the YBAs, for example, were inspired by her vision. No wonder she was the artist they called upon to make the first installations in the Turbine Hall at Tate Modern.
Thanks for the link :-)
